Guide to Paying Your Ambulance Fee Online

  • Use the search page to find all of your bills by name, ticket number, account number, or map and parcel.
  • Add as many bills as needed to your cart, and then click the "Pay Now" button. You will be redirected to our third-party payment processor's website.
  • Some of the information will be pre-filled for you there. Please enter the remaining information and submit.
  • You will be redirected to our site after a transaction is completed.
  • After a successful transaction you will be given the opportunity to print your receipt(s).
  • Payments will post to your account the next business day.
  • Once a payment is processed, no refunds can be given except through the exoneration process.
