  • Enter LAST NAME FIRST NAME (no commas) as shown on bill OR
  • TICKET NUMBER OR
  • ACCOUNT NUMBER
  • Search
  • Choose year to pay (must pay prior year if unpaid)
  • Click ADD TO CART for each year/ticket, they will all show on next screen
  • Search for as many accounts as you need to pay and repeat ADD TO CART
  • PAYMENT CART (top right)
  • PAY NOW – complete credit/debit card information, a $2.50 processing charge will be added

LATE FEES for Residential Properties

  • Payments received after SEPT. 30th - Add $5 LATE FEE (per ticket)
  • Homestead Exemption payments received after NOV. 30th - Add $5 LATE FEE (per ticket)
  • For payments received after JAN. 31st - Add total of $15 LATE FEE (per ticket)
  • Homestead Exemption payments received after JAN. 31st - Add total of $15 LATE FEE (per ticket)

LATE FEES for Non-Residential Properties

  • Payments received after SEPT. 30th - Add 10% LATE FEE (per ticket)
  • For payments received after JAN. 31st - Add total of 30% LATE FEE (per ticket)

PRIOR YEAR FEE AMOUNTS REMAIN THE SAME FOR THOSE FISCAL YEARS
